I'm a beginner and looking for a team for the fall season. I'm an ultra beginner (haven't played on a team before) so my ball handling skills need work... Last fall I took the ABC's of soccer (at the Women's Soccer Camp at Ambleside). I am over 30 and looking for a fun team to learn with. Let me know if this sounds like what you are looking. BFC A has a roster spot or two open for the rapidly approaching Winter season for the right player; specifically an outside defender (LB or RB) and also for a midfielder (CM, ideally though a LM/RM is an open spot potentially). We just wanted to say how sorry we are to hear of John Jukes passing. We dealt with him quite a few times and tho he could be "abrupt" at times :), he ALWAYS got things done and responded in a timely manner and we appreciated him for that. He will definitely be missed. Our thoughts go out to his friends and family and those of you at Metro Womens Soccer. It must be very different around there without him...
