COQUITLAM METRO-FORD SLICKERS - LEETA SOKALSKI CUP WINNERS (PROVINCIAL B CUP) 2008 With a 4-0 record, 18 goals for and 3 against, the City Slickers took gold at the Provincial B (Leeta Solkolski) Cup in a 2-0 match versus GE Lightning. The results of the round robin and semi-final games were: CMF City Slickers 3, Surdel FC 1; CMF City Slickers 5, Nanaimo 0; and CMF City Slickers 8, SBAA Ajax Selects, 2. This was the third consecutive year for the City Slickers entering this event and the third consecutive year earning medals. This event was hosted in Richmond at Hugh Boyd Park.
The Coquitlam Metro-Ford City Slickers 2007 / 2008 are: Julia Baker, Cassaundra Newbrook-Young, Ashley Petrie, Kati Boulin, Renae Pennell, Shayle Smith, Jennifer McLellan, Elyse Bouchard, Jessica Rogers, Leah White, Hailey Rawlings, Dominique Luca, Kristen Berg, Suzanne Anderson, Tina Booth, Candace Cormier, Debra Rheumer, Andrea Ceranko, Nicole Fisher, Amie Lawlor, Diana Cochrane, Collin Petrie (Coach), Filippo Luca (Coach), Sue Martinig (Manager) Valerie Booth (Manager).
TEAM REGISTRATION FALL/WINTER 2009-10 IS NOW ONLINE!!
Team Registration is due via email no later than midnight on Saturday, July 4, 2009. If your team misses this deadline we will accept your registration as "Late" up to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, July 7, 2009. A late registration fee of $100 will be applicable.
Payment MUST be received in our Office by Saturday, July 11th at 12 Noon to ensure your team has a place for the Fall/Winter Season. Teams who have not paid by this date will not have a spot in the 2009/10 season.
Please complete the forms below and send them to us. Click on the "Submit" button. Both forms are independant of each other so make sure you complete them both. Incomplete forms will be sent back and your team will not be considered registered until they are resubmitted.
Play will begin Friday September 11, there are no games on long weekends.

Office Location - at the north end of the Canlan Ice Sports Building (8 RINKS) located at 6501 Sprott St. in Burnaby. We are next to Skate Canada
Players coming in to register must have their online confirmation or there is a $5.00 charge. Also bring picture id and a 1 by 1 inch picture. No hats or sunglasees in photo for Player ID card.
